These wheels appear to be larger in diameter, and could be a different construction style, but seem to be similar to the Sumpter wheels:

These are wrapped with iron (or steel), and while the wood interior at first glance resembles a solid, there are suggestions that the 'solid' is really closely fitted individual spokes/boards.
