The Carroll Park and Western was 4 foot gauge based on the gauge of their first locomotive. Another locomotive of that same gauge is on display at Knoebels Amusement Resort in Elysburg, PA from the same source. The CP&W passenger cars were lengthened DL&W caboose bodies with widened EBT trucks. Some of this equipment is at the Pine Creek Railroad in New Jersey. Some of the CP&W was used in scenes of the movie "The Molly Mcguires". My first ride in a steam locomotive cab was at the CP&W. On another visit I did see the Climax running. It was there that I was introduced to the "Climax shuffle".
