The biggest problem with the roads north out of Silverton is that they were all associated with Mears and have a heavy “Paper Road” problem compared with actual operation and reality mixed with the fact until the ICC valuation surveys actual ink and iron can have a very liberal connection with each other will cause many headaches for anyone who desires specifics on proposals let alone who actually owns what.
