Skip, I assume "uncontrolled evaporative event" is politically correct. I was at a small tourist oriented rr a few years back and was disappointed to find they weren't running that day. The lady in the depot explained to me that "the engine fell off the track" the day before. I said: "Oh, you mean it derailed". She said, "no we don't say derailed". "When we say derailed the local media assumes there are dead bodies and twisted equipment".
