Why not jail time, nothing else seems to work. Anymore we are way to easy on criminals of all kinds. If they gave some of these vandalism convictions a year in jail then people would wonder if it was really worth a year of their life to get caught & then a few just still wouldn't care so second offense should be 5 years minimum..............Wooly
