Any kind of theft or vandalism is wrong no matter the victim. I was just curious about one aspect of vandalism. Railroads are certainly less important than banks and little old folks like me. Jail the thieves.
Breaking the law is breaking the law and should be dealth with appropriately. Jail time is propabaly not the answer to vandalism but maybe restitution and community service would help.
