My wife and I have ridden Bergen to Oslo twice. Once in February 2013 and again in August 2022. I think I preferred the winter version, perhaps because we had sunny skies in the February 2013, while it rained nearly the entire time in August 2022. We also rode portions of the line in the summers of 2006 and 2016 - weather was sunny on those trips. Scenery is magnificent on a nice day - as spectacular as anything you would see on the D&S, C&TS, or WP&Y. Ride is smooth and comfortable. Food is available on board.
If you're going to that part of the world, I'd also suggest a ride on the Flamsbana - one of the steepest adhesion railways in the world. You might also enjoy the Raumabanen between Dombas and Andalnes - more stunning scenery.
And if you have time, consider the Norwegian Coastal Express voyage. Round trip from Bergen to Kirkenes and return takes 12 days. You can also do either the northbound (6 days) or the southbound (5 days). It's a fantastic experience with wonderful scenery, great food, and a chance to immerse yourself in the culture of Norway. The ships are working ferries, providing transportation to 33 communities large and small along the Norwegian coast. Durations of stops range from 15 minutes to several hours. For many years, all ships were provided by a monopoly named Hurtigruten, but they have now been joined by a competitor - Havila. Both travel the same route with the same schedule and offer similar shore excursions along the route. We've done four trips with Hurtigruten (last one in August 2022) and enjoyed all of them.
