Hello Kurt,

The car in front of the Tahoe is the first iteration of what is now known as the "Plume car".
IIRC, this passenger carrying portion was built on the frame of a former Westside Lumber Company skeleton log car by the Camino Cable & Northern in California.
The car was then rebuilt during the early 1990's (plaque inside the car shows 1993 as its rebuild date by the Georgetown Loop Railroad).
At the Loop, the car has always been numbered '3' and is named the "Silver Plume".
