Attached is a photo of engine 609.76, the only operational steam locomotive on the Septemvri–Dobrinishte narrow-gauge line in Bulgaria.
The line had 15 of these 2-10-2T locomotives at one time. The line was dieselized starting in 1965. It received a final batch of 10 diesel units in 1988 (see below). Unfortunately, half of this batch was sold to Argentina and used to dieselize the Rio Turbio line.
