What kind of folio book?
For the SP narrow gauge equipment, locomotive diagrams are known. I believe I've heard of tender diagrams.
The SP drew up passenger car floor plans (no elevations). Ones for many of the narrow gauge passenger cars are know to exist.
I have no knowledge one way or another about SP freight car diagrams.
