491 has a center mounted Pyle back-up light. see here Back to at least 1955. Others I see (just looking through the Grandt books) with plain back-up lights are 453 (1951), 464 (1956), 498 (1953), 499 (1951) and probably 496. Most of the Ks appear to have used the standard winged case headlight style on the tenders. Exception is the 28s, of which I only see maybe two with any tender lights (winged style).
