So, Jeff, I was there at the museum last week and took some pics of the #50. (You guys were busy getting the 491 ready for the mini-hydro test so I didn't get to meet you.)

I did notice that the journals were marked "D&RG" and the trucks after the rebuild certainly look like D&RG style in pics I've seen. Are you saying that those trucks were not marked D&RG?

Also, if the Bender drawings are not that accurate are there other sources which would be? Does the museum have a better set?
