The Finger Lake News has a July 25, 2022 article about a locomotive that derailed and rolled over after striking a portable derail:

The article includes 14 photographs of the aftermath, so I thought I should link to it here in case anyone wants to share the article & photos during safety briefings. I will also add that the locomotive appears to have been traveling long-hood forward and that the portable derail seems to have been on the rail that was under the fireman's side of the track.
