Re: Camino Cable & Northern 16mm film

I remember riding the CC&N as a very young kid. Hal Wilmunder and crew had grand plans for the CC&N, but I believe the County and locals did not share those visions. There were a few fires set by the steam locomotives and the County would not let Hal cross some County roads to build further on the on Michigan California right of way.

I spotted several people in this video who helped form my professional career and were friends until they passed. Besides Hal Wilmunder, I noted Ken Yeo of the CSRM and Nevada County RR Museum fame, Joseph Passentino (UP Joe) of the CSRM, Dave Cox, and Herman Darr. I suspect a young Les Wilmunder was also present and maybe even Jack Bell a retired ST&E/WP steam locomotive engineer.
