We used Los Pinos Tank west boound when the train was over length to fit between the stand pipe and the highway.

29. Unless otherwise provided, Westward trains exceeding 390 feet in length (not including the locomotive) will take water at LOS PINOS and will stop for air brake inspection East of State Highway 17 Crossing at Cumbres. After brake inspection, the train will pull ahead sufficient distance to allow passengers to disembark. Avoid blocking highway crossing any longer than necessary.
