There MIGHT be a suit filed, although I doubt it.
The Ashby's are very good people and it is unlikely that they will push it that far.
Legally, you have to be standing on solid ground, and with the contract up for renewal, it could be construed that the GLR refused to renew the contract. Even with the untenetable changes, the contract was up for renewal and when that happens you get into a grey area.
I think that the City of Georgetown and Clear Creek county will be the big losers in this.
Think about it... Have you ever known of a State agency that has made a Profit?
