Also look at the 1997 CCRM calendar. the December photo quite clearly shows red on one side and white on the other, I belive this differentiated the blades for the direction of travel. the picture shows both blades horizontal which I belive is the clear indication. there is only one lens in the blade and it appears green. positioning the arm down 45 degrees would illuminate this lens and be the stop indication. the semaphore system and blades on the section house are not the system on the former station. I don't know if they were ever used by the railroad or placed after preservation.
