John, I'm not sure what part you missed in my previous post of personally hearing an WP&Y employee referring to one as a shovel nose, while standing at the platform in Skagway.
So you're quite incorrect by writing twice that nobody calls them that. It might be very rare, but they do.
They really, REALLY do. I heard it myself.
