Re: GLR Question

Andy,
I believe that it has been discussed among GLRR employees, but it has been told to me that it would be very difficult to extend the track any further towards or into Georgetown. This is due to the fact that the right of way goes through several pieces of land that are private property. Now granted if these owners could be convinced that it would not harm their property to have a train stopping on it, I think it might be done.
Then again, I am not sure if there are roads or structures that are sitting on the ROW which would have to be moved or torn down to lay track.
Can anyone at the Loop help me with this?
