Rick,
You are correct - nothing has been done down there. The Mill was supposed to be finished and used to explain the ore-milling process. To date the building is locked up as it was so many years ago. Several historic pieces of mining machinery are still sitting out in the weather, rusting.
As a former miner and "somewhat mining historian," I think it's a shame.
