Is there any data with that photo? I was here when that stuff came down from Skagway, and I do not remember any tender frame. There were a pair of heavy arch bar trucks that might have been from a tender but if they had a frame attached it didn't make it to Baker.

As you say, there were two Baldwin tenders though one of them was for the snow plow; it had freight car brakes rather than ET.
