THe CHS seems to be doign everythign in its power to sabatage the Loop. If I were to draft a petition its contents woudl state that the undersigned believed that the CHS shoudl abandon its futile persuit of a new operator and should re-enter talks with the current opperator under the understanding that the contract demands be wiped and a far more ralistic set of demands, for lack of a betetr word, be put forth....more to the point establishing a benificial working environment for all parties concerned. I woudl also recommend that the CHS lose its our way or the highway non negotiable attitude.
As far as the 9 goes, I woudl add that she be preserved as much as possible . If she is to be run, she shoudl be run once in a while for special occasions, not run into the gound in daily service as they have planed.
