The “rpo” in the first photo, sat for years on a farm outside on Montrose. By the time I finally found the car, it had just been sold. I was told later by Bob Shank jr that the car in really bad shape and I best stay away from it. It was moved to Silverton and placed next to the box car. Both were owned by a rail fan with a dream of restoration. The boxcar went with the Shank collection to the CRRM. The passenger car was purchased by Mr Bradshaw and converted to a coach
