Not sure which year I was there, maybe 1999 where we stayed in Moab to do Arches for the 2nd or third time. One day I saw the train going south and hustled up that road to the north portal referenced in this thread. I got the train on video coming at me, then going away into the tunnel. It had SP power on that run.
That was the only shot I did, as we went back to Arches after that. Have seen some articles on the line and there is some spectacular scenery back there.
Anthony, you got some great shots. The first one is a wall-hanger for sure, maybe a giant one. Impressive scene! I have a 20x30 of the Balanced Rock from Arches on my family room wall. Shot that in 1981.
