The branch was built and owned by one of the logging lines which connected to the SVRY. That is one of the reasons why there is no reference to it on the SVRy website.
As Dan said, the branch is to the south of Phillips lake and runs around on the ridge to the south of Mc Ewen. It is a very scenic line and was unique in that it was built to SVRY mainline standards, with many nice cuts and fills. The trestle which was on the line was supposidly the largest on any of the trackage connected to the SVRY, although that is what I have been told by others.
