Jerry, your link worked for me. I was able to read the article with no problem. Thanks for it and your photos.
The article said the property is accessible via a canoe. I guess that is one way supplies could be got to the site.
Another would be helicopter or drone.
I'm glad the county wants to preserve the structures.
