I don't know the whole situation on those water tanks but I have see the list of projects for this summer on the FOCTS web site. Everything is being done by volunteers EXCEPT some work at Cumbres which it says is being contracted. Specifically it says work on the Section House gas, electrical, sewer AND water system. My question, does that include work on the water line to the tank?
