Many years back I had an LP record album (remember those?) by a fellow whose name was (I believe) Wes Harrison. He could create many sound effects using his voice and an amplifier. One joke he liked to pull was to rig up the amplifier under the hood of his car, travel through a small town in the middle of the night, and make the sound of a train horn blowing for a level crossing. Next day he'd drop into town to hear what comments were being made by the locals. The towns he picked were nowheres near a railroad line. Anyone else ever heard of Wes?
