The Loop is the only sizeable narrow gauge remnant of the old South Park where locos can really stretch their legs, with Como coming along for a short operating line. Like apparently many on here I’ve been fortunate to have seen both 71 and 9 in operation, and it would be good to have one of them going again. Number 9 sounds it might have the best chance, and I remember some discussion here about 71. What about the 60 in Idaho Springs, although borrowing any of them from their owners might be the biggest issue.
Just thinkin, although Lordy knows there’s some great engines to be seen with 315, 168 and now 20.
Cheers,,
