My brother was a peacekeeper missile launch officer at Cheyenne when all of that was going down. He even drove me out of the part of the post where the alert facility was going to be on one of my visits out there. I still have some of the patches that they gave the people for the project that never went anywhere. I brought that up with him, the train fans would know right away what those trains were.
He said the Air Force had thought of that, and they were going to paint the cars with fake Road names, and even rust.
