I remember around 1991 as a young kid going down around Union Station in Denver, and another railfan stopped to talk to me. Among other things, he mentioned that if I saw a short train with just a passenger car and a caboose, not to take photos of it, because armed guards would take my film.

Never saw one, always hoped to.
