It's Interesting what is considered a remote location these days of confinement.
Mt. Rainier Railroad is only 64 miles away from SEATAC International Airport (which is
between Seattle and Tacoma). It is a fairly easy two hour drive from the major urban population
of the State of Washington. Far easier than trying to get to Cass WV; Chama, NM;
Durango; CO: Orbisonia, PA; Ely, NV; Jamestown, CA; or Skagway, AK. All famed railroad museums/tourist
railways I have visited by driving. And It's near the entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park which draws
1.3 Million visitors (Mesa Verde NP draws less than half the visitors).
The location should have been a key to success.
