Yes, it’s a beautiful engine and it’s on my list to get there to see it. The original was a Baldwin - “coals to Newcastle” as they say, for an American loco to have been shipped to the UK in that era. Lots later in WWI & WWII

And here’s the new double Fairlie that the Ffestiniog is building in their Boston Lodge Works. And it won’t be their first. [insidemotion.co.uk] The post is from November and work has now progressed much farther, altho as with everything else has now slowed or stalled because of the virus.
