I honestly believe they’re being a little too picky as far as finding a steam locomotive goes.

The pickings for a 2 foot gauge steam engine are slim as it is, let alone a specific forney type....

Why not aim to get a Henschel or Orenstein & Koppel 0-4-0T? Such locomotives are a nice size, Americanize pretty well cosmetically, and there’s quite a few of them around in the country! Much more realistic to find one of them, versus a forney....
