More likely contact the Brecon Mountain Railway. They have turned an export Baldwin 4-6-2 into a very credible "what if" Sandy River loco, converted a 30" gauge 2-6-0 to 2 foot gauge and are currently building a reproduction of Sandy River #23 and a Sandy River #10. The process will no doubt take a number of years but when completed patterns and jigs for the #10 could be utilized to build another one for sale.
