They are. I'm not sure where the profit is coming from, I think the Lumber company is paying them for the transport of the logs, not sure. The fire mitigation part of the operation is just an extra benefit to having this done, as the main goal was to still run trains and make money during the coronavirus outbreak, as its obvious passenger trains cannot be ran. Other people seem to disagree, but this was the case according to the info forwarded to me from Jeff Ellingson.
