Gilton Club-Ophir Loop

What is the status of the only remaining Ophir loop structure to survive--the Gilton Club. When last heard from on this board, the owner--Lisa Gold--was struggling with the county to avoid further encroachment from the county road and attempts to raze nearby historic structures. Can you update the status of this building?
