I believe that at least two trench locomotives built by Baldwin were sent to the Magor Car Company in Clifton, New Jersey to switch cars that they built around the plant.
I know this to be true because in the 1970’s two locomotive boilers were still at the Magor plant used as stationary boilers, they still bore their Baldwin builders plates.
I was an engineer on the local freight job that served the Magor plant and other industries in the Paterson, NJ area and saw the boilers at that time. They were no longer in service.
