No kidding. We had a customer several years back. A young man and fit, who was ready to go home with the wife and kids at the end of the day, but called me over to his late model van because he had a flat. He needed someone to change it for him because "he didn't know how"! On closer questioning, he admitted that he had never jacked up a vehicle or changed a tire in his life! That's an example of someone who wouldn't last long in adverse conditions on the railroad.
