My camera and I looked over CyZ #1 before the last St. Louis NG Convention. It was under restoration the stripped boiler was sitting on the chassis out in the open. There was writing on the rear area of the boiler indicating repairs had been performed in that area in May '97 if I recall correctly. The sloped back tender was at the end of the storage spur alongside the engine which indicated to me that it had likely been there for awhile. That tender would be okay for #102 or 102 on the Crystal River or ann early K-27.
