Re: Kansas Central Grade

Look at the left corner of the map for 4 squares and click on it. This is the base map gallery. I go to USA USGS Topo which gives you that layer. The default layer ( the top square on the left margin, I stay with Hillside) can be turned off to see the topo at the right magnification. Search the area you want and go from Lidar to Topo.
Hope that helps. Took me some time to figure it out. Some areas of the country are not covered as clearly as others. The Topo shows abandoned railroad grades and going from Topo to Lidar shows where you might see signs of grades. I can see remnants of a grade from the Leavenworth Prison area west. Not sure if that was the Kansas Central.
