Not sure how faithful this replica is, but I am aware of a Class A replica in Clarksburg, WV at the Locust Heights & Western Railroad. Several of my friends have been to photo shoots there and it's definitely on my list of places to visit. Here are some images of the place taken by my friend Walter Scriptunas:
