Looks like a meet coming up at Sibambe. The two steam trains are heading down grade. The upper one is coming down from Alausi. The middle one is backing down the switchback and the diesel train is heading up hill to Alausi if it's a market train or to Rio Bamba if it's a regular train. It will pull forward after the two steam trains pass and then back up the switchback on the middle level and then head up to Alausi and possibly beyond. I'm going to guess that at least one of the steam trains is a charter special.
