I think the 482 sounds slightly better in the video you posted Earl. Okay if this is a Powell 3-chime, then what are the 3-chimes on the K-28's that sound so nice? We have a couple of good sounding engines in the east that wore 3-chimes of some sort....Louisville and Nashville 152 (Not operational since 2011), and Southern Railway 4501(Still running in 2019).
