Re: Fire[s] blamed on D&S?

What is meant by the thread title here? I assume it refers to past fires as detailed in the recent article about D&S refusing the full payment requested by the Forest Service for fighting fires that they say were caused by D&S trains. As far as I know, the Forest Service has not yet issued a conclusion as to the cause of the 416 fire. However, many in the area seem to conclude that the 416 fire was caused by a D&S train. All together, there seems to be a lot of blame, but no proof that D&S has started any fire.
