Too long.

Don't know about anyone else but I sure did.

Not.

Personally I'd cheer.

Until they did that.
Of course I'm wierd and un-American: I despise McDonalds and have since I was a little kid in the 1960's.[1] One of the great things about Gunnison when I moved there was that there wasn't one there. I lived in the dorm the 1st term I was there (Jan-May, 1981) and one night somebody knocked on my door - they were driving to Montrose to go to the McDonalds there and were offering to bring back (cold) burgers, etc for others. Yuck! If that's normal, I'm proud to be wierd!
Last time I was in one was 25+ years ago and only because the Greyhound (Harry was right, it *is* a dog of a way to get around) stopped at one for lunch and I had a hungry toddler to feed. With any luck, I will never darken their door again!

[1] I miss real burger (not gut-bomb) joints and small town cafes. Fast-food just ain't the same. btw, the one I hate most is KFC but that is because I'm violently allergic to something in their secret recipe. I eat at KFC and within a short time I'm calling camels. Tried it 3 times, years apart and in different states, and the result is always the same. Never again.
