The reason Mr. Posner is no longer in business is the government seized all the equipment "on behalf of the people". I know he won in world court with a CAFTA claim, but don't know if he ever collected.

Bottom line - it has to be 1) something already 36" gage or can reasonably be converted 2) the right general size to be useful 3) something you can afford to buy, transport and rebuild 4) actually for sale from a reputable seller
