It went to Fort
Lee, where the Ordnance center was moved from Aberdeen MD a few years ago. It didn't go to Ft Eustis, though it would have been cool if they'd had, as they have the remaining US Army steam locomotives on display at the museum there (even though the Army Transportation school was also move to Fort Lee not long ago).
FYI, the former Dahlgren gun is a M1895 twelve-inch rifle on a M1918 on railway mount, built by Marion steam shovel Co.
