Cinders, more like glorified, acidic black dust is then contoured or spread with glass, rusted metal or "artifacts" found included. We often reuse old spikes found during grading.
The end result. I like to call it the "natural look". Cinders become more apparent after next rain which we are waiting desperately for.
More trackage that has been lined, leveled and tamped awaiting cinders down by the hotel.
