Bill, the spoked wheels are still visible in both 1st and 2nd photos, were April 24th and 29th 1938, respectively. Loco's of the Rio Grande CRRM listed 460 as dismantled 1/39.

If it kept them that long I doubt that was a priority to change them out before scrapping. Pity it wasn't saved too.
